These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Astrogya website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Astrogya ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Astrogya offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Free accounts provide access to basic features including daily horoscopes and limited chart readings. Premium subscriptions unlock the full range of features including detailed birth chart analysis, unlimited compatibility reports, advanced numerology, and priority support.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service in addition to these Terms. We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay.
Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Due to the digital nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments already processed. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your continued subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, charts, software, and astrological interpretations — is the property of Astrogya or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any personal data you submit to the Platform. By submitting birth data and other information, you grant us a limited licence to use that data solely for the purpose of providing our astrological services to you.
The Platform and all astrological content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Astrology is a belief-based system of guidance. Astrogya's services are provided for entertainment and spiritual enrichment. You acknowledge that astrological readings are subjective interpretations and should not be relied upon as factual predictions or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astrogya, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Astrogya in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand), whichever is lesser.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astrogya and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Astrogya regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
