What Rashi Drishti Means
Rashi Drishti (राशि दृष्टि) is the sign-based aspect system from Jaimini astrology. Instead of individual planets casting aspects, entire Rashis (signs) aspect other Rashis based on their modality — movable, fixed, or dual. It operates independently of planet-based Graha Drishti. Rashi Drishti is especially important in Jaimini Chakra (Karakamsha) analysis and for assessing the strength of houses through sign interactions.

Using Rashi Drishti in Practice
In Jaimini astrology, Rashi Drishti is used alongside Karakamsha and Arudha analysis. To apply it: find your Lagna's modality, then identify which signs it aspects. Any planet in those aspected signs receives Rashi Drishti from your Lagna sign. This modifies results significantly in Jaimini-based predictions. Rashi Drishti is full strength — unlike Graha Drishti, there are no partial aspects. Every qualifying sign aspect is treated as complete.
